Employer Branding
The project
BCG is one of the world's leading management agencies. They wanted to attract more senior employees to their organization. Through a film, they effectively wanted to tell about their culture and at the same time showcase what type of personalities they were looking for.
The solution
We interviewed a lot of BCG employees in order to find our final "cast". We were looking for people who had an engaging life story and also felt comfortable in front of the camera. Once we had our cast we tailored scripts based on the characters' own life stories. We shot everything with anamorphic lenses combined with a bit of slow-motion in order to create a premium cinematic feeling. Finally, through strong narrating voices and well-crafted sound design, we created a powerful employer branding film.

The result
The films made a great impact and got a lot of attention among BCG's competitors. Initially, the film was intended for the Swedish market alone but became so successful that BCG wanted an English version as well to roll out worldwide.
